We already have an executive assistant and an internal team. Why would we need you?
Commerce Roadmap is not intended to replace capable internal teams. We work alongside them, adding capacity, trusted connections and specialist coordination when requirements become complex, international, time-sensitive or need a higher level of personalised attention.
Will working with an external partner create more work for us?
It is designed to do the opposite. Once we understand your requirements, preferences and priorities, we take ownership of the coordination and reduce the day-to-day involvement needed from you. Less for you to manage, not more.
Is it not cheaper to arrange everything directly?
Our value goes beyond making bookings. You are engaging trusted coordination, responsiveness, time saved, access to our network and personalised service. Through our relationships with established hotels and service partners, we may also be able to obtain preferential rates, enhanced service or added benefits, subject to availability and the individual arrangement.
How do you charge?
Every engagement is bespoke. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, duration and requirements, and may be structured as a project fee, a management fee or an ongoing retainer. Third-party costs are set out within the proposal. An initial consultation may be complimentary.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We arrange a conversation to understand your objectives, requirements and preferred level of support. You then receive a bespoke proposal setting out scope, responsibilities, fees and any third-party costs, before anything is arranged.
Do you offer fixed packages?
No. Services are tailored to each engagement rather than sold as packages, so the scope can be as focused or as broad as your requirement.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Singapore and coordinate for businesses and senior executives across Asia and internationally, including multi-destination travel and arrangements across time zones.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Discretion is central to how we work. Sensitive business and guest information is handled professionally, and we never publish client names, values or confidential details.
Can you guarantee preferential hotel rates?
No. Our hotel and service partner relationships may enable preferential rates, enhanced service or added benefits, but these are always subject to availability and the individual booking.
Do you plan weddings or private parties?
Our focus is corporate and executive: business and project coordination, corporate events, executive travel, VIP hospitality and related special arrangements.
